Ken “Dr. Coop” Coopwood, Sr., has achieved national recognition as a transformative leader in higher education administration through decades of innovative contributions. From a career start in student affairs, he progressed from program directorships to senior administration at the age of 29. He has since instructed the executive-level certification program for diversity professionals, which has credentialed more than 5000 since 2020. He holds multiple certifications, including thinking-preference applications, return on investment, executive leadership, creative problem-solving, and adaptive-innovation theory, and embodies a complete operating system for designing and managing human and structural development programs. His career work entails creating the nationally acclaimed Diverse Organizational Impact and Transformation (DOIT) certification, the original Viewfinder assessment instruments used by over 100 universities to improve campus climate, seven national bootcamp training venues, and multi-industry professional development conferences in three states.
Dr. Coopwood is a graduate of Indiana State University and completed post-doctoral studies with both the Harvard Management Development Program and the American Association of State Colleges and Universities’ Millennium Leadership Initiative. He holds a master’s degree in political science with a specialization in federal policy and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, emphasizing finance, marketing, and management.

Shirlene "Dr. SCoop" Coopwood has over 25 years of counseling, education, and administration experience in the U.S. and Belize. She has led professional development workshops across Belize, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, and the U.S. for various sectors, including child-care, mental health, and education. Dr. SCoop has worked with at-risk individuals and received the SACES Outstanding Tenured Counselor Educator Award in 2018. She has published works on disaster preparedness, school counseling, spirituality, and cultural competence.

Shirlene "Dr. SCoop" Coopwood is an international educator with extensive experience in counseling, education, and administration.

William B. Harvey has more than four decades of experience in the academic and nonprofit sectors. A distinguished researcher and administrator, his scholarly activities have been focused on the cultural and social factors that affect underserved populations, with emphasis on college and university settings. The founding president of the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education, he is a past board member of the National Council for Research on Women, the American Association of Blacks in Higher Education, the Yale-Howard Center on Health Disparities, the Study of New Scholars Project at Harvard University, the W.E.B. DuBois Scholars project at Princeton University, the Site Support for Schools project at Johns Hopkins University, and the Martin Luther King Living History and Public Policy Center.

Pamela Coopwood, MS, is the Director of Events at Coop Di Leu, bringing over 20 years of experience as an event and protocol professional, including her role as a retired C-Suite administrator at the FAA. She leads symposiums and Boot Camps, leveraging her expertise from her, Speaking of Protocol, LLC and The Planned Event, LLC, which focus on event management and etiquette training. Pamela enhances Coop Leu engagements by refining protocols and encouraging participants to rethink their social responses. She holds a master’s in Event Management and has traveled globally, participating in humanitarian projects and women's retreats, driven by her passion for people.

Ms. Coopwood is a veteran event and protocol professional for more than 20 years. She is also a retired C-Suite administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Christen Priddie, Ph.D., is Research Project Associate for the National Survey of Student Engagement and holds a Certificate in Institutional Research under Dr Vic Borden. Previously, she coordinated a student leadership program and served as a graduate assistant for a STEM intervention program at State University, helping African American first-year students improve their performance and persistence. She is affiliated with AERA and ASHE, with research interests in campus environments and STEM outcomes for racially minoritized students. Dr. Priddie earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education from Indiana University, a B.A. in Psychology from San Diego State University, and an M.S. in General Psychology from Virginia State University.
