Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How is Coop Di Leu Different from Its Competitors?

A: There are many facets of diversity education, leadership, and training that differentiate Coop Di Leu. Some of the more distinctive aspects are:
-
CDL experiences are berth from its research. CDL’s primary focus is the skillset development for diversity professionals. Participants at CDL events get authentic exposure to skills, networking, coaching, and level-specific support they need.
-
CDL does not currently charge its growing cohort to access member-only information and discounted services.
-
CDL does not host national conferences or conduct annual institutes on national standards of practice. We specifically address institutional administration’s inner workings that produce inclusive excellence, or not, and how this impacts diversity professionals’ lived experience.
-
CDL primarily conducts diversity audits, not climate studies. Our audits help institutions zero-in on cause-and-effect circumstances that impact climate study findings before a study is completed.
-
Cross-sectional experiences. Other diversity professionals from corporate, non-profit, and government sectors use our services and participate in our training events and activities.
-
Real-life scenarios. Our attendees break down real-life scenarios such as the pre-hire discovery process, tactical plans for the first 90-days on board, and bucking the paralysis associated with low-hanging fruit. Cohorts also acquire specific finance, fundraising, metric design, assessment skills, and data management skills.
