Refund requests for Coop Di Leu events must be initiated before 60 calendar days of the event's start. Each request must be in writing and contain specific information about the reason for the request and the requester's contact information. Coop Di Leu may issue a refund or credit per each request. Requests after 60 days before the event's start but before 30 days of the event will incur a 15% return fee. No returns will be issued 30 days before the event.
